Courses held in the UK will be charged with an additional 20% VAT. This can normally be reclaimed back from the UK Government by most organisations. Delegates from outside the UK but within the European Union (EU) will not be charged VAT if they supply their own company's national VAT number when booking. Delegates from outside the EU will not be charged VAT. Courses held outside of the UK will not be subject to a VAT charge.

Payments and Refunds: Full payment must be made before the course start date in order to secure a place. Payments will only be refunded in full if cancelled in writing 4 weeks before the start of the course. Cancellations made 2 weeks or less before the start of the course will be charged the full amount and not subject to a refund. Cancellations made between 2 and 4 weeks will receive a 50% refund. Delegate substitution is acceptable but please inform us.
